Mission
The Pacific Coast Association of Health Care Recruiters (PCAHCR) is an association of professionals who are committed to the advancement of healthcare recruitment by fostering an environment that educates, professionally develops, and networks its members.
Goals
- Healthcare recruiters from local healthcare organizations will become PCAHCR members increasing PCAHCR membership by ten percent each year.
- To provide leadership development opportunities through Board and committee involvement.
- Twenty five percent (25%) of the PCAHCR membership shall become active National Association of Health Care Recruiters (NAHCR) members.
- Institutional Member organizations shall sponsor one meeting a year.
Objectives
- To foster a networking environment for those concerned with the advancement of healthcare recruitment.
- To professionally develop our membership through quality programs.
- To connect healthcare recruiters with quality services and vendors.
- To increase retention of healthcare professionals in Southern California.
- To foster the desire for individuals in Southern California to seek healthcare related careers.
