The Pacific Coast Association of Health Care Recruiters (PCAHCR) is a community-based group of professionals whose primary interest is healthcare recruitment. We invite individuals affiliated with acute care hospitals, HMOs and long-term care, as well as media, communications and schools of nursing, to join us and become members of PCAHCR.

Our members represent a diverse group of individuals who are all involved in promoting healthcare careers. Some are HR Managers, others are professional recruiters and our Corporate Partners are businesses that support the recruitment and hiring of talent in healthcare. We are constantly sharing ideas, networking, discussing key topics facing our organizations through our meetings, webinars and partnering with other National Association of Health Care Recruiters (NAHCR) chapters.
